1. Effect of this terms
   • This terms are effective to www.zhuhai-hot-property.com, inventory.zhuhai-hot-property.com and any websites ("the sites") managed by Zhuhai Hot Property Limited("we").
2. Purpose of use
   • You can use the sites only for the purpose of consideration of property purchase.
3. No responsibilities
   • You should refer and trust only legal documents and applicable law. The sites does not part of agreement or any official documents on property transaction. The site does not explain law or regulation such as accounting and tax.
   • We do not take any responsibility related to the sites.
4. Translation
   
   • Translations such as translation into Japnese or into English are not done by professional. Any information on the sites are for reference only. You should not make any decision only using information on the sites. You should carefully read, understand, consult to professionals to make decision. Law system, business system and cultures of China may be differenct from your country. We do not take responsibility if anything happen to you by using information on the sites.
5. Price information
   
   • Price information on the sites is based on the date we update website. We do not guarantee the information is correct nor updated. We do not take any responsibilities for the price information.
   • You should understand that property price in China changes anytime. After developer changes the price, it will be impossible to buy at old price.
   • You agree you do not use price information on the site to disclose third party includes developer and other property agent. You also agree not to use the price information on the sites for negotiation purpose.
6. Free of charge to use the sites
   
   • You can use the sites in free of chage. But we still keep the right to ask compensation in case you breach the agreement or you damage to us.
7. Payment
   
   • Payments and fees which already paid are non-refundable. Once the property secured, even your initial deposit and fees are non-refundable. In case the property is not secured after you make payment, we refund it after we deduct bank transfer cost.
8. Privacy policy
   
   • We may use technology such as cookie to track your aceess to the sites for system development and marketing purpose.
   • We do not disclose your personal information to third party other than our contractors.
9. Renew of this terms
   
   • This terms may be updated frequently. Once we upload new terms on the sites, you are assumed to be agreed new terms.
10. Competent court
    
    •  We are Macau company. The competent court should be in Macau.
