Riviera is not only new residential district, it is also entire new town. Everything you need is available in town. 6 acres (25,000 sq. meters) of Commercial district of Phase 1 was fully distributed to tennants. Large restaurants, supermarkets, shopping mall and gourmet restaurants are coming up and some of them are already in service.

As well as commercial district, Riviera has hospital, kindergardens and schools which is supported by local Doumen district government. They have even police station indide Riviera which is very special arrangement in China.

Residential club is also attract quality life for residence in Riviera. They are going to build parks, tennis courts and yacht club.

On Sep 2007, Doumen No.3 Junior High school in operation at Riviera. One of the best kindergarden in Zhuhai, Zhuhai International Kindergarden, is going to open in 2009. 

The No.5 Hospital of medical school has started to build on Jun 2006 and expect in operation in 2010.
