Same as original Riviera in south France, concept of Zhuhai Riviera is "live with Mother nature". Project preserve existing wet land and make it into a 2 miles long and 165 acres wet land park. Even artifical rivers and lakes uses natural water from 4 rivers. 543 acres of tree planting area with 25 acres of artificial lakes reaches 63.2% of green and water ratio.

The density of Phase 4 is 11% which is lower than average density of the project. Besides wet land park, green and water ratio of Phase 4 reaches 40%.

Zhuhai reviera is designed to provide laxury and relaxed life for residences who will be medium to high class Chinese. Unlike major town in China, Riviera's density is very low. There is no high rised building. Land and total floor ratio of this project is only 1.8. In 3,450,000 sq. meters (852acers) of lands will have only 50,000 residential units with 150,000 population.
